75 Ball Bingo Rules

How to Play 75 Ball Bingo

75 ball bingo is the yankies favourite!  Although it’s predominantly played in the US and Canada, you’ll normally find a myriad of 75 ball rooms at UK bingo sites.  75 ball bingo can be played in a massive variety of rules and formats. Double-action cards, for instance, contain 2 numbers per square and U+Pick’Em Bingo lets users choose and place their own numbers on the card like a lottery game.  In fact, the US version of bingo is was developed loosely on the old style French “Lotto”.

In 75 ball bingo, players are given 5×5 bingo cards with 25 squares in total.  The most distinguishable part of the 75 ball bingo card is the FREE square directly in the middle. The letters B-I-N-G-O are printed above each of the 5 vertical columns.  The squares are filled with numbers between 1 and 75; the first column contains the numbers 1 to 15, the second column (“I”) contains 16 to 30… until the last column which contains the final numbers 61 to 75.  In niche 75 ball versions, the numbers 1-75 can appear in any random order across the card, however under normal circumstances, the same rules above apply.  In total, there are about 5.52*1026 unique cards that can be produced in 75 ball bingo for each game.
